WineStreetParkTrail would start at Mountain Run and the C&O Tracks, run along the run to winepark Park... then cross Old Brandy Road and run behind the bowling alley shopping center, then under Route 29, connecting Dwyer's Meadow and over to Yowell Park, connecting under route 522 .

The criteria for individuals wishing to memorial- ize and recognize veterans in Wine Street Memorial Park are as follows:
1. The veteran may be alive or deceased; 2. The veteran may have been born in Culpeper County or lived in Culpeper County; 3. Veterans whose family members were born or are living in Culpeper County may be memorialized. 4. Individuals may recognize specific units or divisions.

Groups and Organizations 1. Any civic group, club, or organization may recognize specific individuals, using the same requirements as above; 2. Groups and organizations may wish to remember all veterans who served and/ or gave their lives during one or both of these wars.

This drawing illustrates the memorial pad structure. Two types of pavers are situated on the four spokes, 4” x8” (red) and 8” x8” (yellow). Along the circular walkways, there are 24 diamonds of 12” x12” pavers, surrounded by red and yellow 4” x8” pavers. Memorial benches will be placed along the outside of the circular pad. In addition, trees will be planted outside the circle. The picnic tables will be located on a separate concrete slab.
