Mountain Run Trail - Phase Three would start at Spencer Street & Electric Avenue,, run parallel to Mountain Run with a bike trails around Caruso 's Development , through Keyer's Property , under McDevitt Road, then along Mountain Run following Route 667 .to Greens Corner
